The Shop: The Trailer with the Pink Stove that Won My Heart

We have been doing our research on mobile shop options, and still love the idea of getting a vintage trailer to host our vintage goods and tea stuffs. There are so many cute options out there, it is just a matter of finding the right one for our purpose, and deciding whether we are up for the task of restoring it ourselves from the bottom up. Maybe it will be our project for next spring when Ladybird comes out to Portland for a visit, or maybe we will find some friends who want to help us in a vintage trailer fixer upper project?

I found one on Craigslist in Olympia, WA this weekend and almost went for it. It was so cute with a pink stove, perfect for making tea, but it needed a lot of work. Sometimes I wish I could just pause, then fast forward time, but I'm sure the stars will align when the time is right.

  1. That trailer is amazing! Getting a little fixer upper trailer like that is my dream!
ps. Just came across your blog and I love it! So nice to find another local blog to read.

  2. Thank you Anna! So great to hear from you! Looks like we share a dream. . . we are still on the hunt, this one just wasn't ready for us at the right time.
